On August 25, 2020, we supported Hope Spring’s Menstrual Hygiene Management Seminar. The event, which held at Pottery Iva Valley Community in Enugu North, Enugu State, focused on teaching young women about menstruation facts, menstrual hygiene, and answering their questions while also dispelling myths. There were over 150 participants, and they all left the seminar with knowledge and with sanitary materials that included LadyCare pads, toilet soap, a shaving stick and tissue paper.
Other volunteers supporting Hope Spring at the event came from WASHFID, Towncrier Initiative Africa, and Rotaract District 9142.
